In my 10 years running an agency, the About Us page was the number one most visited page for us and all our service clients. Nothing else came close, not even our pages that showed previous work and case studies.
Again, I agree that there are a lot of firms out there who are probably providing less than optimal optimisation for clients’ sites but RankPay (the company I refer to in the tutorial) have a good system in place for people to get a clear indication on pricing and also have a lot of decent testimonials regarding their results. On that basis I think there are definitely worse companies out there that someone new to the industry could outsource their client work to.

I always admit upfront to clients, that personally, I do not perform white hat strategies because Google told me so? Rather because white hat SEO includes the foundational marketing principles that sustainably builds and develops businesses.
Naturally, not everybody is good with business. You may have a degree in marketing or lots of experience in this domain, but you will still need some skills in order to run your own business. Take courses on tax preparation, finance, bookkeeping, business plan writing and any other topic that you don’t master. In this way, you will have a couple of advantages when you will start up the business.
This means you can get your customers to sign up to your email newsletter and then promote offers and services to them either automatically, or whenever you feel like it, all through Aweber’s easy to use system. Having an opt in list in this business is extremely important as it is very rarely a business owner is going to be sold on your products/services on their first visit to your website.

A friend of mind recently pointed out to me that all the individual health insurance plans do not cover maternity costs. You can get coverage for that under a group policy but unless you have employees you are going to be paying roughly 4x the cost of an individual plan for you and your family.
Some brands don’t want every employee to represent their brand in social contexts, some are OK with that. For example, if you work for The Economist, don’t expect to see you name appear on any of your articles. If you work at The New York Times, you may even get your Twitter handle in your byline.
It has to be said that advertising on these sites can be hit and miss but if you persevere and can get creative with your ads then there is definitely value in using them. Again, by reading Ca$hvertising you will give yourself a big edge over the competition with your ad copy.
