Now I know there are probably a lot of things I’ve forgot to add, but there is just that much information in this tutorial so far that I don’t think adding any more at this point is going to help. I could explore the more technical side of doing SEO properly but I have an entire link building series, as well as other SEO tutorials, that I am going to be slowly rolling out soon. Make sure you subscribe to my newsletter if you haven’t already so you can be notified as soon as I publish these new tutorials.
After around 20 minutes I return to the software which will have scraped the business name, address, phone number, email address, website URL and a whole host of other SEO and internet marketing related data for every single lawyer in London that has a Google Maps listing!
Recent changes to search engines’ algorithms have made very easy to overdo on-site optimization, but backlinks remain very important for raising a site’s position in the SERPs. And good backlinking is hard. I read an article by Todd McDonald recently that likened it to being beaten up – long, painful and frustrating!
If you have a content problem – or a lack of content problem – then this needs to be fixed. If you haven’t had a chance to implement markup yet (Schema.org, OpenGraph, RDFA, MicroFormats, etc.), this should be a priority.
TIP: It’s best to use this example when presenting the business owner with both the list of targeted keywords with the search volume *(the amount that should be inserted in to the statement at ‘[X amount]’) for each one and a screenshot from Google of one of the main keywords with their main competitors’ front page listings highlighted on the front page.
I hope I haven’t over complicated this question and answer example here because it is actually a simple but VERY effective way to persuade a prospect to sign on the dotted line. It’s the old ‘Comparing apples to oranges’ analogy but it works wonders with making business owners adjust their mindset, it works very well to negate what the price you are charging is as it’s regardless as long as they are going to be making a good return on their investment.
So many times you see the “Used Car Salesman” turned SEO as his friend said SEO was an “Easy” way to make quick money, the individual has no technical background and outsources all link building on Fiverr it is a recipe for disaster.

There are two categories to this. The first being the category that takes in the name, address and contact number option. In this category, there need not be any changes because variation at this level can create disturbances that can be sometimes misread by Google. The other category is the one that uses the concept of putting the task on Google to decide whether it is a proper site or not. Local SEO works in the category that does not have any variation and has same types of arrangement everywhere.
