As simple as it may sound, but a lot of those strengths and weaknesses are not immediately clear and only become clear with experience and time and trying various things, which can take some years. Great advice Marvin, especially this part: “Trust me on this. Don’t waste your valuable time on things anyone can do.” Getting stuck on stupid shit like reading emails that don’t matter or focusing on stuff that doesn’t make money is a time kill and a slow death to growth.
